Alpine installations
. . in the field of "OnrideFoto" with a cable car project in autumn 2005, hence company name and logo.
After several months, our
innovative, award-winning product and
market leader, it combined
- very low investment costs
- Excellent photo quality with flash (at the time with 8 MP consumer cameras)
- Integrated speed shot/speed measurement
- Personalization via RFID tags
We quickly found many customers in the DA-CH region back then,
not only for winter and summer seasons in the mountains, but also for outdoor or indoor use, permanently installed or mobile.
We are now active worldwide - Liftpic has become Liftpictures.
It all began with alpine installations...

Depending on the requirements, we offer different types of cameras, depending on the planned operating conditions.
For PhotoPoints/in high alpine environments, high-quality daylight/panorama shots with fill flash are generally required.
This is the domain of DSLR cameras. These don't fit into a standard camera body, especially since the controls, climate control, and power supply must be located close to the camera and protected against overvoltage. Therefore, our housing design is of particular importance in order to reliably protect the sensitive technology for many years.
We use our own designs for this and can now offer both special designs as "eye-catchers" as well as integrations into exhibits or building components.

system

Camera body
Outdoor IP65 camera housing made of V2A stainless steel for various camera systems of our own manufacture, heated and durable, swivel and tiltable, as a pipe attachment D=80-100 mm

Photopoint
PhotoPoint "extreme" by Liftpictures, all-metal construction for use in extreme weather conditions - up to 12 BFT, -30 degrees or lightning strike.

Sales station
Outdoor sales station at the exit, thus enabling manual photo sales even in high alpine locations.

self-service machine
Sell photos at the winter toboggan run using a self-service station, and then use the same system at the summer toboggan run. That's how easy "year-round operation" can be.
